Remontage twice and daily delestage for minimal extraction. Softly pressed and elevage in stainless for 6 months prior to filling. Rezzadore is approximately 12 hectares of organically farmed vines in Lonigo, in the heart of the Colli Berici, a wave of modest hills (300-400m) south of Vicenza. It is a place where nature is happy. The estate is owned by the Rezzadore family, which touts an incredible history with production dating back to the 17th century.
